Eligibility for Returns

We have a strict return policy and only accept returns for products with manufacturing defects. We do not accept returns for any other reasons such as dislike of the product, colour variations, or size issues.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for a return, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video of your package.

  • The video must start from the moment you begin opening the outer packaging.
  • The video must be continuous, without any pauses, cuts, or edits.
  • The defect on the product must be clearly shown in the video.

A return request will not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

Conditions for an Accepted Return

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

  1. The item must be in its original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  2. Returns for sarees that have been worn or have had pins used on them will be rejected.
  3. The item must be returned with its original packaging and all tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  2. Send us your order details and the complete, unedited unboxing video as proof of the defect.

Review and Resolution Process

  • Once we receive your request and the video proof, our team will review the case. This may take 2-3 business days.
  • If your return is approved, we will guide you through the process of sending the product back to us.
  • Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will process an exchange for the same product (subject to availability) or issue a refund. The final decision regarding the resolution (exchange or refund) will be at the discretion of Madhu Creations.
